  17. <p>    So far, seven attempted coups have failed to unseat
  18. Philippine President Corazon Aquino. But after a long siege,
  19. she has admitted defeat by her youngest daughter Kristina. As
  20. a birthday gift, Kris, who turns 18 on Valentine's Day, will
  21. finally get to star in a movie. "She kept nagging me," says the
  22. President. "She likes to talk." Three actors will be paired
  23. with Kris in a romantic trilogy. Mother, however, has set
  24. conditions: "No kissing and embracing." She adds, "I'd rather
  25. she did a comedy."
